Coolness & Calmness & Gayness

Hi everybody!

Finally - a new entry. The last few weeks have been very busy and I wasn't in the mood for writing, so sorry for the lack of updates of my oh-so-exciting life ;)

First of all - I moved to Munich. I got a very nice room in an apartement with 3 other people (all of them around my age) and started my job on the 1st of July.
I like it so far - sometimes I have a lot of work, sometimes I have more freetime than I'm used to. My job consists of a lot of different things - mainly I have to edit something, but of course I also do the stuff an intern has to do (= stuff that nobody else wants to do).
I haven't seen much of Munich yet...it's weird, I've been here for almost 3 weeks now and still haven't been in the city center. I met Lena and Lucia (2 girls I know from Karlstad) and they showed me around a bit...but I really don't know anything about munich right now, but I hope this will change soon.
Anyway, I could write endlessly about Munich, my job and other stuff that bothers me (e.g the very annoying, f%$%§ stupid public transport system in munich...don't get me started ;) ). But before I bore you to death, some other stuff...

On Saturday I was in Vienna, joining the GayPride ("Regenbogenparade"). Usually I'm not a fan of huge (gay) events, the gay scene and stuff like that, but I really enjoyed the parade. The weather was perfect and the people were in a good mood...it was fun to watch all the "crazy people" and nice to see so many gay/lesbian couples on the street. That's what I really enjoyed - not having to "hide". I know that sounds quite harsh and as if I act in daily life situations, but what I'm trying to say (in a very clumsy way) is, that it felt good to walk on the street with my arms around my boyfriend, knowing that nobody really cares, because we're a same-sex couple among many. Hope you get my point...
Other than that - some people were really strange and chliché, but it was funny anyway :)
And the gay(mad)ness continues - this weekend I will watch "Mamma Mia!", the ABBA musical/movie...according to my trusted lifestyle magazine "attitude" it's one of the gayest movies of 2008 ;), I'm looking forward to it.

So, that's it for now...pictures will come soon, I promise...and I promise to write again soon.
